The Classic master series was the first line of Fabamps. It answered the need for a low cost, low power, and all tube channel switching amp. After years of development and input from clients all over the USA and Canada (thanks guys!) it has evolved into the ultimate combination of preamps and features that make the CM what it is today. Each amp includes two completely separate preamps plus; Master Volume, Top knob(negative feedback adjust), Stand-by switch for longer tube life, SS power supply with built in Fab Sag Circuit, and a super silent footswitch channel change that uses relay switching and a separate DC power supply for noise free function. Head version comes with 2 speaker outs. Combos stock with extension speaker output and a 10" Weber Signature series speaker. Preamp: The CM series now comes stock with my Metalhead and American Scamp style preamps. The Metalhead dirty channel has a full FAB tone stack; Gain, Bass, Mids, Treble, Sweep Volume control knobs plus a foot switchable boost that takes the gain from classic overdrive to modded-superlead. The American Scamp preamp is a simple but sweet clean channel based on the American design/early tweed era. The Scamp preamp comes with a gain control knob and Brill switch. Poweramp: To back up your choice of preamp, choose from these single ended true Class A power amps; CM5 with 1xEL84 or 6V6 for 5wts, CM8 (6L6) at 8wts, CM12 (EL34) at 12watts, or the CM16 (KT88) for 16wts.
